Harassment
It is the Company policy that all employees are to enjoy a work environment free from all forms of discrimination, including harassment. Sexual harassment, whether by supervisory or non-supervisory personnel, is specifically prohibited. Any employee who engages in sexual harassment will receive appropriate discipline, up to and including discharge. Sexual harassment includes offensive flirtation, unwelcome sexual advances or propositions; verbal abuse of a sexual nature, sexually graphic or degrading comments about an individual or his/her appearance, the display of sexually suggestive objects or pictures, and any offensive or abusive physical contact of a sexual nature. Sexual harassment does not refer to occasional compliments which are socially acceptable. It does refer to conduct which has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work environment. Such behavior debilitates morale and therefore interferes with our work effectiveness. No employee, either male or female, should be subjected to such unsolicited and unwelcome sexual overtures or conduct. In addition, no one should imply or suggest that an applicant's or employee's cooperation (or refusal to cooperate) with requests of a sexual nature will have any effect on that individual's employment, assignment, compensation, advancement, career development or any other condition of employment.
HEALTH INSURANCE
Employees are eligible the first of the month following 30 days of continuous full-time employment. Health insurance premiums will be taken out of your check pre-taxed, on a weekly basis. We have a reduction in cost of the employee contribution to the premium based on tenure. Preventative Care – includes routine physical exams, well-baby checks and routine lab normally associated with preventative care is covered 100% (up to $500). In Network Providers are Alliance Select PPO. Check website: www.wellmark.com or call 1-800-524-9242 VISION CARE Each individual covered under the Health Benefits is eligible for $75.00 to be used for lenses, frames, or contact lenses per plan year. Routine vision exams are not subject to the deductible. PRESCRIPTIONS Employees enrolled in the Health Plan also receive prescription coverage. Coverage is provided for outpatient prescription drugs that are approved for use in the United States by the Federal Food and Drug Administration and require a written prescription order from a Physician. Retail Pharmacy-up to 31 day supply: In Network- 25% no deductible. Mail Order-up to 93 day supply: In Network- 10% no deductible. DENTAL INSURANCE Employees are eligible the first of the month following 30 days of continuous full-time employment. Dental insurance premiums will be taken out of your check pre-taxed, on a weekly basis. We have a reduction in cost of the employee contribution to the premium based on tenure. Coverage by dental insurance: Preventative: 100% Basic Restorative: 80% Major Restorative: 80% Orthodontic: 50% In Network Providers are BlueDental. The employee is eligible the first of the month following 30 days of continuous full-time employment. Employee Paid: Employee is eligible the first of the month following 30 days of continuous full-time employment. Self: The employee may elect in $25,000 increments additional life insurance up to $75,000. Weekly rates are calculated per age. Spouse: $5,000 of term life insurance. Children (up to 18 or 21 years of age if enrolled in school): $2,000 of term life insurance. DISABILITY INSURANCE Employees are eligible the first of the month after 30 days continuous full-time employment. There is a 21 day waiting period before disability benefits begin. The LTD benefits pay 60% of your monthly earnings. The STD benefits pay 60% of your weekly earnings. Weekly rates are determined by the employee’s wages.
Flexible Spending Accounts Medical Reimbursement Account Eligible Expenses Out-of-pocket medical expenses for you and all your qualified dependants such as: Insurance deductibles and coinsurance. Unreimbursed, out-of-pocket medical, dental & vision expenses such as dental implants, eyeglasses, & eligible over-the-counter expenses. You do not have to be enrolled with your employer’s health plan to participate. Dependent Care Reimbursement Account Eligible Expenses Out of pocket expenses incurred while at work for care of your dependant(s) Children under age 13, Older disabled children Disabled adult living with you. Provider cannot be a tax dependent of yours. You cannot pay a child that is your tax dependent to watch another tax dependent of yours. Fulltime Employees who have completed 30 day of service may enroll as of January 1st.

Our entry- level position is Machine Operator. Even though it is an entry- level position- it is a very important position. We depend on our Machine Operators to recognize and produce quality parts for our customers. Many Machine Operators have advanced through internal promotions and now have successful careers as: MOTAN (Material Handler), Warehouse Worker/ Utility, Technician Apprentice, Process Technician, Floor Person, Quality Auditor etc.
